Click to show help on how to use membership
  1. Select a branch, then select membership type,table will show list of members by type selected
  2. Filter list by entering either member first name or lastname in the textbox
  3. Manage settings by clicking button
  4. In settings you can add filters for membership type and also member titles etc.
  5. Click export button to export membership list. Export will export data unfiltered. When prompted to save, select location and enter new name of file with a ".xls" extension. example membership.xls

Create member login account


  1. On the Membership tab, select branch(if SuperUser) and load members
  2. Create an email address for member if he hasnt already got one
  3. On this page click the load members button below to load members
  4. Enter their name in the search textbox below to filter for member name
  5. Select the login type( either Member or Presbyter)
  6. Enter Password and confirm entered password in the adjacent textboxes
  7. Click the create button to create login account.
  8. Click on the add button in the in the Page column to pop up the page addition window
  9. Check the boxes for the pages you want to assign.
  10. Finally logout and login with created account and check permission to confirm the setup was successful

Create member relationships

To create a relationship please follow the steps
  1. Select a member name
  2. Select a relative branch, this will populate table with list of members in that branch
  3. Search for relative name in the search text box
  4. Select the relationship type in the relation type column
  5. Click relate button to relate.

Create Branch Cell Groups


  1. To assign a member to a cell group, group must exist
  2. To create group you must be a user with FinanceAdmin/SuperUser permission
  3. Goto Membership tab and click on settings, Click the Cell group tab
  4. Follow the instruction on the tab to create group
  5. Come back to this page and click load members button to load members
  6. Type in the member name in the search box to filter
  7. Enter all required fields and click on button join cell to join member
  8. Member is now related to the group and can be viewed from the membership page
