Support for application is on a monthly subscription basis. Application support can involve any of the following
  1. Onsite training of members of your church.
  2. Bugs and features request.
  3. New versions of application released.
Note however that every support offered is based on Rabant Solutions software terms and conditions.

The administrator or super user, who will normally be the contract owner, can run the Rabant Data dump tool application in the accounts administration page

Setting up login accounts is done by the super user, the super user account can assign officers pages base on their area of responsiblity. Super user should also note to revoke inactive or dormant account
